Michelle Roth graduated from Howard University in Washington, DC in 1996. She has been practicing in pediatrics for the last 26 years. Michelle has worked in a variety of settings including early intervention, school-system, outpatient, and clinic based settings. She has had extensive training in feeding difficulties and sensory integration. Michelle is certified in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, which is an effective way to address problematic feeding behaviors in a variety of populations and settings.
A pediatric occupational therapist uses therapeutic play to address areas of delayed development. These areas may include fine motor skills, self-care skills, and sensory integration skills.
